About Kpal

One of my earliest memories as a kid is of sitting next to my father watching football, and early on understanding the passion that it evokes in a person. Obviously, I quickly fell in love with the sport and honestly became consumed with knowing everything there was to know about football. Just like the name of this page says it I was a junkie and football my drug. I dreamt about being the best and mimicking the moves of the players that I admired. However, my dreams of playing and being the best could only be just that a dream, for I am awful. Truly, I have no place on the field.

Nonetheless, I still love the game as much as I did as when I was young. Everything about this sport still today fascinates me, be it from the players, clubs, fans, politics, and even the refs. This blog intends to cover all that in a non-bias way (well, I will try).

As it can be noticed I have two favorite teams in particular in which I will dedicate most of my time to. Real Madrid, the club of my heart and family. The club that due to family tradition I have forever followed and will continue to do so. Then, there is Milan. I have to thank the day I discovered the beauty of this team and all that it represents. There is simply something so enchanting about this club that draws me to it. So one is by nature and the other by choice. Some will disagree with my choice to follow two clubs and it may make me less of a fan but I do not care. In the end it is all about enjoying the beautiful game. Is it not?

  1. Hi kindred spirit ! I share your passion and understand your situation. I used to support AC Milan in the past – when Paolo Maldini was captain. But nowadays Italian Serie A is not in my radar.

Will drop by your blog from time to time, and in the meantime, keep on watching !

  2. Thanks for stopping by soccerine. Its always great to meet other football enthusiast so hope to hear from you soon.
btw, Maldinin continues to Milan’s captain, well at least until the end of this season.
